Include your travel goal plus the names of the cards and loyalty programs you already hold. This helps Hiram identify your transferable-points ecosystems, airline and hotel options, useful benefits, and any important gaps.

Travel goal, home airport, dates, travelers, cabin and hotel preferences
Card issuer and product names, plus approximate opening dates when known
Bank, airline and hotel programs with approximate balances and status
Free-night certificates, companion passes and unused travel credits
Never send passwords, account numbers, full card numbers, security codes or Social Security numbers

Payment and scheduling

Payment is required before an appointment is confirmed. The payment link and available times are sent only after Hiram reviews your request and confirms fit.

Rescheduling and cancellations

One complimentary reschedule is available with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session receive a full refund. Late cancellations and missed appointments are nonrefundable.

Advice and award availability

The session provides educational travel-rewards strategy, not financial, legal, tax, or credit advice. Award availability, loyalty-program rules, transfer bonuses, and issuer decisions can change and are never guaranteed.

Additional support

Award searches, booking assistance, itinerary planning, and ongoing support are separate services. If helpful, Hiram will explain the appropriate next step and any additional fee before work begins.
